The new Netpage Unlimited is far more than just any old PC network paging solution.

With this system you are able to see whose logged in on site, send emails, send SMS, page directly and even set up a 'to do' list for employees around the premises to respond to - and you know what, when they complete the task they can simply 'tick off' the task as completed and the system will automatically update all the records of the work done. Our new 'kiosk' facility can be used for many different industries.

Here's a screen shot of the staff paging area of the software. Remember this works with a browser (all the most common browsers) and on Microsoft Windows which allows the software to run on the majority of systems.

As you can see from the screen shot you can see send messages, received messages, staff logged in (the green dots) staff logged out (the orange dots).

But there's much more to Netpage Unlimited than just what you see above.

As you see from the above screen shot, this screen handles customers or guests or patients. On the right of the screen these are the persons 'waiting' in the wait list, and on the left of the screen can be seen all the persons who have been called but not yet returned.

As you see above the Netpage Unlimited supports individuals, groups and everyone paging.

Customer Paging

Netpage Unlimited is not just for Staff Paging. You can easily generate electronic waitlists and call your customers via pager or mobile phone. Your customers are no longer tied to a waiting room or "cattle line". Netpage has the ability to share a waitlist so you can have one person assigning pagers to customers and another staff member paging them when it's their turn. Netpage will also collect wait time statistics so you can evaluate your staff needs during peek times. Reporting is also available.

NETConnect

NETConnect was created for 3rd party software companies wishing to add staff or guest paging to their software. NETConnect allows developers to use the Netpage infrastructure to give their software unlimited range. The user interface is simple and everything is accessible via Ethernet. With NETConnect, you just tell the Netpage Server to page a staff member and it will handle the rest, including buffering messages for delivery when the network is available.
